Bucks Have 0.5% Chance to Make Playoffs

So you're telling me there's a chance! You would think the Bucks, at 23-42, would have no chance of making the 2008 Postseason. But, because only four teams in the East are playing well or decent, there is always a chance. According to ESPN.com's John Hollinger, that chance is currently 0.5%.
