Brewers Go For Sweep Today

I'm not sure why I'm putting this post up. Clearly, this is going to be what ends up jinxing the Brewers from taking care of the Cubs for a third straight game. I'm not trying to sabotage the Brewers, I'm really not. I'm just excited our first sweep of the season could come on April 3rd.

Starting on the mound for the Crew today will be Dave Bush. Ryan Dempster will be opening the game for the Cubbies, it's his first start since May 4th, 2005.

The most important tidbit of the day may be this one from Brewers.com: Ned Yost has resumed his morning jogs around Wrigley Field. Early last season, he tripped and fell during a run near the stadium, broke his collarbone and endured pain throughout most of the summer. "Just because you fall down, you don't quit forever!" he chided.

First pitch is at 1:20pm. The game will be broadcast on FSN Wisconsin, and nationally on WGN.

Good lord, you are a fanatic about Scony athletics! So, should I say my now dead Uncle played for the Packers for four years in the 1950s? Then was traded to the Giants. Not sure what that says, but we had family tix to Lambau forever and ever!
