What the Hell Subway?

Quick timeout here. If you're like me, you've been loving the Subway Five Dollar Footlong campaign. I can't tell you how many Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki's and Chicken Bacon Ranch's I've had in the last month. And for just five dollars, it was an offer I couldn't refuse.

Well, the popular sandwhich shop decided to end their marketing blitz "overnight", as one of the sandwhich artist's told me. I understand all good things must come to an end, but a little warning would have been nice here. What really upsets me is that I went with the Turkey and Ham today, which is supposed to be one of their "Five Dollar Footlong" daily specials. However, I was still charged full price, and my meal was close to ten dollars. Of course, I was to shy to dispute the price, so here I am one hour later bitching about it on a blog and giving Subway free advertising.

Finally a good article winks. I was telling Fred you need to post more random articles like this. This is just classic Winks material here.

it is surprising that the "winks complaining about something" tag only has one entry
