Bucks Add Some Class to the Team

Sunday, January 17, 2010 ·

No folks that is not T.O., but it is Jerry Stackhouse. Since the Bucks lost Michael Redd for the season they have an open spot on the roster, one which will be filled by the guy pictured above. Stackhouse played for my boys North Carolina in college, and was drafted by the Philadelphia 76ers. He also played for Detroit, Washington, Dallas, and now he'll be playing for your Milwaukee Bucks.

Will he play a lot, well, I don't think so, but it never hurts to have a 14 year vet coming off the bench. For his career he averages 18.4 points a game, 3.4 rebounds, and 3.7 assists. I do not know any of the terms to the contract, or when he will join the team. I would guess it won't be til either the end of the week or early next week. He hasn't played a game all year so I'm not sure how long it will take him to get back into game shape. Also not sure what number he will wear because Charlie Bell wears number 42. That being said, welcome to the team Mr. Stackhouse.

Oh yeah, he can sing too.
