Brewers Getting Some HD Love

Besides my Japanese anime body pillow (don't ask), there are few possessions of mine that I love more than my 46-inch flat screen television. And there are few things I love doing more with that flat screen than watching my favorite sports teams. But, since FSWisconsin is a rinky dink network, they are hard pressed to show too many games in High Definition. Honestly, when I turn on a Bucks game I expect it to be in the squished up format rather than in HD at this point.

I won't have to worry about that during the Brewers season this year, as all the 136 games that will be on Fox Sports Wisconsin this season will be in HD. That's up from the 96 High Definition games they broadcast last season, when I wasn't too concerned about the subject as I was watching Brewers games on my parents old television in the basement.

WMLW has the rights to 15 more Brewers games, but those will all be in standard definition. Six other games will be broadcast nationally at this point, be it FOX, ESPN, or TBS. Outside of that you'll have to buy a ticket to see the remaining handful of games or just pull up a lawn chair and listen to Uecker.

That's all I got for now, time to go get creepy with my pillow.
