Boom: The Brewers got five runs total in this one, thanks to RBIs also coming from Corey Hart and Craig Counsell, as well as a two run home run from pinch hitter Adam Stern. Milwaukee does have a winning record in Spring Training for those keeping track, and a lot of that has been because our offense has been so sharp.
Tararrel: The starting pitching has been sharp as well, and Doug Davis was no exception on Wednesday. Dougie gave up just three hits in four innings, keeping the scorecard clean while also striking out three batters. Good stuff from Davis.
Puke: Overall, a great day for the Crew and they'll be in action Thursday night against the Rangers at 8:05pm. The game will be shown on the MLB Network, tape-delayed though so the coverage won't start until 10pm. That's the good news. No bad news from this game, but today's "Puke" honors go to BYU, as those pesky Mormons knocked off my Gators in double overtime a few minutes ago. Laaaaame.
