Winks: No need to sit around the fireplace and spend time with your family tonight, there is a mediocre college football game on for you to watch! This game excites us about as much as Rex Ryan likes shoes, and we'll probably forgo watching this one. But if you do, look for a Hawaii victory. The WAC is a better conference than people give them credit for, while Conference USA definitely not. Neither team has scored less than 21 points in a game at all this season as well, so definitely go with the over.
