The Bucky Channel Bracket Challenge Round 3.5 Update

An executive decision has been made and we will update the standings daily instead of after each round is complete. We want to be able to give everyone props where they are due and let the leaders enjoy his or her day in the matter how fleeting it may be.

Pittsburgh's loss hurt more than a few entries and even virtually decimated others. Other than that game, there were no other real shockers. Lots of great games though and while the outcomes may not be surprising, the way they were achieved have folks rethinking their Elite Eight picks and worrying about games they hadn't planned on worrying about.

The leader board through Saturday looked like this:
  1. ME with 38 points on 31 correct choices
  2. Three share second place with 37 points (Kyle with 31 correct choices and E and Stanley with 30 correct)
There is also a large contingent close behind so there's a good chance the standings will be shaken-up again once Sunday night rolls around. Just remember, the big points come in the later rounds...everyone is still in it.

With Bucky having moved on to the Sweet Sixteen with their nail-biter over Kansas State Saturday night, we now look forward to (11) Marquette's match-up against (3) Syracuse around 7:40 PM (EST)/6:40 PM (CST) Sunday on truTV.

Go Golden Eagles...or not, depending on how your bracket looks, right?
