USC remains the number one team in the country, followed by Georgia, Oklahoma, Florida, and Ohio State. The Big Ten is represented by Penn State (#17 AP, #17 USA Today) and Illinois (#24 AP, unranked USA Today).
The story of the week for the polls though is the entry of East Carolina for the first time in 9 years. In the past two weeks, they've beat ranked opponents in Virginia Tech and West Virginia. They are #14 in the AP Poll, and #20 in the USA Today version.
You can view both polls here.
