Badgers Release Men's Hoops Schedule

Unlike their football counterparts, the Badgers like to schedule more than just cupcake non-conference games when making their schedule. I know, it's between two entirely different sports, but you always look at the basketball schedule with more credibility than you do the football version. Here are some of the non-conference highlights for the '08-'09 season.

November 12th - Open season at home against Long Beach State.

November 29th - UW-Milwaukee

December 6th - at Marquette (ESPNU)

December 13th - UW-Green Bay (Big Ten Network)

December 23rd - Texas (ESPN2)

As far as the Big Ten goes, Wisconsin will be playing another 18-game conference schedule. They have home-and-home series with every team besides Ohio State (home) and Michigan State (away).
