Cameron Suspended For Two Games... Eventually

It's not as heavy as the 25-game suspension he served last season, but Mike Cameron has been suspended for making contact with an umpire during last Saturday's contest against the Braves. Cameron bumped into the home-plate umpire, Marvin Hudson, while arguing the one argument you'll never win, balls and strikes.

When he'll serve this suspension remains to be seen, as Cameron has appealed it. It's likely the suspension will be upheld, and Cameron will have to sit out a pair of games somewhere down the line.

Just wanted to give you a heads up so that when you see Jody Gerut in the starting lineup later this summer, you won't freak out (at least not as much).
