21 Runs, a Tie, and an Injury

I was talking today with someone about what the Brewers were going to do about their pitching surplus, and about who would either get sent down or be traded. We then suggested maybe one of the Brewers pitchers needs to "get hurt" and find himself on the disabled list. Chris Capuano may have taken care of that problem. He left in the fourth inning after some tightness in his elbow, and even though it might not be major, it could be enough to put him on the disabled list for 15 days and prolong the decision.

Cappy pitched in the game which the Brewers ended up winning 17-3. They had 25 hits in the contest, three from Eric Munson and three from some dude named Katin. I looked him up, no idea. Chris Narveson earned the victory.

In the other contest, the Brewers tied the White Sox 4-4 after ten innings. Gabe Gross and Mike Cameron hit home runs in this one, and Carlos Villanueva gave up four runs, three earned, in five innings of work.
