Ryan Braun was one of ten World Baseball Classic participants to appear on The Late Show with David Letterman last night, and the results were pretty funny. I was worried they were going to give Braun a stinker, but his answer at #4 made me laugh. Check it out:
Not bad. As for the rest of the Brewers, they took the Australian National Team yesterday, and found themselves down 4-0 pretty quick. But a six-run fourth inning with home runs by J.J. Hardy and Casey MeGehee brought the Brewers back, and they won the game 10-6. Seth McClung started in place of Braden Looper and gave up two runs in three innings, while Tim Dillard was credited with the win.
BOOOOOOOOX. Player of the Game: Casey MeGehee for his Grand Slam.
